Accessing Medical Benefits on the Road
Find a UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus provider near you with these seven simple steps.

Visit myuhc.com
Open myuhc.com. Use the guest search—you do not need to sign in.

Find a Provider
Below the sign-in area, select Find a Provider.

Choose Medical
Under Choose type of care, select Medical, then Explore.

Choose your year
Select the year when you will receive care: 2026 or 2027, as applicable.

Enter your location
Select Location and enter the ZIP code where you need care. Members: use the area where you are staying or working.

Select Choice Plus
Find the Choice Plans section and select Choice Plus.

Find care nearby
Confirm Choice Plus and your location. Search by provider name, specialty, or condition, or browse the care categories.
